It is easy to put on and take off: stick your head and support arm through the loop. Moreover, these single-point slings are easy to install, don't require length adjustment if you adjust your buttstock, and are unlikely to snag on accessories like optics. They also keep your AR-15 positioned very conveniently while using your sidearm, hanging directly in front of your torso, barrel down. While using the rifle, single-point slings don't inhibit your movement.
