Shipping policy
We use China EMS (ePacket); the standard shipping time is 21-28 days.
We don´t charge any taxes or customs but prepay tax for the parcels. So please be aware that for your delivery location, typical taxes/customs can sometimes occur. The carrier will raise these.
We provide tracking information.
For the delivery phase between your parcel leaving the producer's facility and handing it over to USPS, we recommend to us the Cainiao-Tracking link that is provided to you on your order overview and shows all outside the US updates.
Note: Due to Corona caused delays, the shipping time can expand up to 5 weeks, sorry!
